I was more encouraged when the place was full, and the lunch crowd included many for whom this cuisine is theirs. The spring rolls were unremarkable and the peanut sauce too thin, but the pho combo (#1) was superb. I'd say the medium size is enough for hearty appetites like mine. “ This place is in the far left corner of a tiny Asian shopping center. I almost missed it because I didn't see it that well from the street. I really wanted to try their pho since they mainly had pho dishes but I had a meeting to run to after, and I have a tendency to spill pho and smell like it afterwards so I went with the safer bet of a vermicelli bowl. I normally also get grilled pork but the server recommended the beef version. I was pleasantly surprised how good the beef was! There were all good pieces of meat. My only wish was that they had way more veggies in the bowl. I'm used to having more carrots and radishes in my vermicelli bowls. This is a hidden gem in a small town! ”
